Temporary restraining order protects federal employees and active military while they challenge the mandate.
District of Columbia U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has issued a temporary restraining order to stop President Biden’s administration from terminating unvaccinated federal employees and active-duty military personnel. The plaintiffs filed suit against the administration over religious exemptions to the president’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” Judge Kollar-Kotelly ordered. The ruling also stated, “Active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For federal judges as they hear cases regarding constitutional freedom.
- For the president and his administration to uphold and abide by the law.
- For federal officials as they endeavor to comply with the president’s policies.
